Below are some resources that you will find useful as they are related to your pain management. These resources are helpful for understanding and self managing your pain.

A very useful resource is the free Pain Toolkit.  It offers individuals a great way to get started on their pain management journey.

Australian Pain Management Association - Advocacy, information and practical support for people and families living with persistent pain

Pain Health - Information and self-management tools to assist in management of musculoskeletal pain

Pain Bytes - Targeted at youth with persistent pain.  Provides information, videos and self management tools in easy to use modules.

Neuro Orthopaedic Institute (NOI) Resources - Information on resources, courses for health professionals and education and research on neuroscience underpinning persistent pain.

Online Courses

PainBytes - targeting youth.  Easy to use video modules.

Pain course (eCentre clinic) - A free, online and internet based course on chronic pain aimed at patient's over 18 yrs of age.  Provides information and practical skills to manage chronic pain.
